What to Expect at Your First Visit
Your first appointment at Seark Smiles Family Dentistry will last approximately 90 minutes and includes:
- Welcome Tour: Our receptionist will give you a quick tour of our brand-new facility.
- Comprehensive Exam: Your hygienist will take digital x-rays and photographs to help our doctors assess your oral health.
- Professional Cleaning: Following your exam, you'll receive a thorough cleaning to remove plaque and tartar buildup.
- Doctor Consultation: One of our hometown doctors will review your x-rays with you, discuss any findings, and work with you to develop a personalized treatment plan.
What to Bring:
- Photo ID
- Dental insurance card (if applicable)
- List of current medications
- Completed new patient forms (available on our website)
- Any recent dental x-rays from previous providers
